How can I contact GSlam?

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the United States

Can I change or cancel my order? 

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

We process all orders Monday through Friday.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date you place your order. 

Please allow extra time during holidays and busy sale periods. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 7-14 business days. Due to high demand and our global suppy partners, some items may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and provide tracking every step of the way. 

What if I don't recieve my order? 

If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days after the shipping confirmation email, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement (your choice).

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I recieve my refund? 

Once your refund is approved, we process it immediately. 

  • Credit/Debit Cards: You'll typically see the refund within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. 
  • Paypal / Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Refunds usually appear in your account within 1-3 business days. 

Please note that the exact time it takes for the credit to show in your account is ultimately determined by your payment provider or bank. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, feel free to contact us with your order number and we'll gladly check the status for you.
